At Airytek, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives exactly what they ordered, in perfect condition. This Returns & Refund Policy governs all return, replacement, and refund requests made in connection with purchases on airytek.com. By completing a purchase on our platform, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety.
This policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. The customer’s acceptance of this policy via the mandatory checkbox at checkout constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, equivalent in force to a physical signature.
1. Our Commitment
We take full responsibility for packing, sealing, documenting, and dispatching every order correctly from our facility. Every high-value order is photographed, weight-verified, and handed to our courier partner with complete chain-of-custody documentation. We stand behind every item we dispatch.
However, this policy exists to protect both our customers and our business from errors, transit issues, and fraudulent claims. Please read it carefully before raising any request.
2. Delivery Acceptance Obligation
Upon receipt of your parcel from the courier, you are required to:
- Inspect the outer packaging carefully before signing for or accepting the delivery
- Check for visible signs of damage, tampering, cutting, resealing, or unusual tape on the outer box
- Refuse delivery if the outer packaging shows clear signs of having been opened or tampered with, and contact us immediately at support@airytek.com or +91 8078276893
Acceptance of the parcel from the courier without objection at the point of handover constitutes your confirmation that the outer packaging was received in acceptable condition. Airytek will not be held liable for claims of tampered or resealed outer packaging where delivery was accepted without objection at the time of handover.
3. Reporting Window ( Wrong Item or Missing Contents )
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or that contents are missing from your order, you must report this to us within 2 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@airytek.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8078276893.
Claims reported after 2 hours of delivery will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.
When reporting, you must provide all of the following in your initial report:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs and video showing all six sides of the outer shipping carton
- Clear photographs and video showing all six sides of the inner retail product box including the bottom panel
- Clear photographs and video of the alleged incorrect or missing contents
- All evidence must be original unedited files submitted directly from your recording device — see Section 7 for evidence requirements
4. Standard Return Window
For all other returns including change of mind, incorrect model ordered, or dissatisfaction with the product:
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
- The product must be in unopened, factory-sealed condition with all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, and invoice intact
- Returns initiated after 3 days will not be accepted
- After 3 days, all merchandise is considered used
How to initiate a return:
- Visit airytek.com/return-request and complete the online return form
- Obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number — returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA number
- Pack the item securely in its original manufacturer’s packaging
- Place the item, all accessories, and your original invoice in an outer shipping box
- Affix the return label and ship via insured ground service with tracking
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns received without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at the customer’s cost.
5. Refund Policy
Airytek does not issue refunds for claims of wrong delivery, missing items, non-delivery, or incorrect contents. The sole remedy available in such cases is a replacement unit, subject to the following conditions:
- The original shipment must be returned to our facility in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
- The claim must be verified and approved through our internal investigation process
- The replacement unit must be available in stock at the time of processing
Where an exact replacement unit is not available, Airytek will offer a store credit or, at our sole discretion, a refund equivalent to the purchase price minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
A chargeback filed with your card company or bank is not a substitute for our return and replacement process. Filing a chargeback without first completing our internal claims process constitutes a breach of these terms.
For standard returns accepted within the 3-day window in original sealed condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method after deducting a 15% restocking fee and applicable return shipping charges. Refunds will only be initiated after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
6. Return Eligibility Conditions
For a return or replacement claim to be considered valid, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The return or claim must be initiated within the applicable reporting window as specified in Sections 3 and 4 above
- The item must be in new condition in its original unaltered manufacturer’s box with an intact barcode, all packing material, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, and accompanying free items
- The serial number of the product being returned must match Airytek’s dispatch records
- The customer must not have caused any damage, alteration, or modification to the product or its packaging
- The customer must have retained all original packaging materials including the outer shipping carton, inner retail box, foam inserts, and all accessories
- The customer must cooperate fully with our investigation process including live video verification as described in Section 9
- Original evidence files must be submitted as required in Section 7
- An RMA number must have been obtained before return shipment
- The product must not be from a category specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Repair parts and electronic spares are not eligible for return under any circumstances
Airytek reserves the right to refuse any return or replacement claim where one or more of these conditions are not satisfied.
7. Evidence Submission Requirements
Any evidence submitted in support of a wrong item, missing item, or damaged item claim must meet all of the following requirements:
Format: All photographs and videos must be original, unedited files submitted directly from the recording device to our email or WhatsApp. Evidence of any kind shared via Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, WeTransfer, or any other third-party cloud sharing link will not be accepted as tamper-proof evidence and will be disregarded.
Content: Video evidence must show, in a single continuous uncut recording without breaks or edits:
- All six sides of the outer shipping carton including the bottom panel
- All courier labels and tape on the outer carton
- The process of opening the outer carton
- All six sides of the inner retail product box including the bottom panel
- The process of opening the inner retail box
- The alleged incorrect or missing contents clearly visible
Metadata: Airytek reserves the right to request the original file with full metadata including creation timestamp, recording device model, and GPS location data at time of recording. Refusal to provide original files with metadata when requested will be treated as non-cooperation and the claim will be considered invalid.
Refusal to provide evidence in the format specified above constitutes non-cooperation and will result in automatic rejection of the claim.
8. Investigation Process
Upon receipt of a valid claim with all required evidence, Airytek will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the claim within 24 hours
- Cross-reference the claim against our warehouse dispatch records, courier weight logs, and X-ray scan records
- Contact you within 48 hours with the outcome of our initial investigation
- Request a live video verification call if required — see Section 9
The investigation process may take up to 7 working days from the date of complete evidence submission. Airytek will not process any replacement or refund during the investigation period.
9. Live Video Verification Requirement
For any claim involving alleged wrong delivery, incorrect contents, or missing items, Airytek may request that you participate in a live video verification call with our representative. This call is used to:
- Verify the alleged contents of the delivery in real time
- Cross-check the retail box, serial number, and packaging against our dispatch records
- Confirm the condition of the outer packaging and inner box
You must agree to participate in a live video verification call within 24 hours of our request. The call will be conducted via WhatsApp Video or any other platform mutually agreed upon.
Refusal to participate in a live video verification call, or insistence on communicating only through pre-recorded videos or text messages, will be treated as a breach of this policy and will result in immediate rejection of the claim without further recourse.
10. Fraudulent and Fabricated Claims
Airytek takes fraudulent claims with the utmost seriousness. The following constitute fraudulent conduct under this policy:
- Submitting staged, edited, or fabricated photographs or video in support of a claim
- Presenting an empty or substitute product box obtained from a third party as the delivered item
- Making false representations about the condition or contents of a delivered parcel
- Filing a chargeback on the basis of a claim that has been found to be fabricated or exaggerated
- Deliberately tampering with or resealing the outer or inner packaging after delivery and presenting the tampered packaging as evidence
Where Airytek’s investigation identifies any of the above, the claim will be rejected in its entirety without exception. No refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued. Airytek reserves the right to:
- Report the matter to local law enforcement and file a formal police complaint
- Submit all available evidence to the payment processor, card network, and issuing bank to contest any chargeback
- Pursue civil and criminal remedies against the customer including recovery of all investigation costs and legal fees
- Permanently blacklist the customer from placing future orders on airytek.com
All communications including email, WhatsApp messages, and call recordings may be submitted as electronic evidence under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
11. Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase on airytek.com and electronically accepting these terms, the customer agrees to:
- Contact Airytek directly at support@airytek.com and follow the claims procedure outlined in this policy before initiating any chargeback with their card issuing bank or payment provider
- Allow Airytek a minimum of 7 working days from the date of complaint acknowledgement to investigate and respond before filing a chargeback
- Cooperate fully with all verification steps required under this policy before escalating to any third party
Filing a chargeback without first completing Airytek’s internal claims process, or before the 7-working-day investigation period has elapsed, constitutes a direct breach of these accepted terms. Where such a chargeback is filed, Airytek will submit the complete evidence package — including these accepted terms, the customer’s communications, logistics records, and all forensic findings — to the payment processor and card network, and will actively contest the chargeback.
Customers who file chargebacks found to be fraudulent or unsubstantiated will be permanently blacklisted and may face legal action.
12. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement under any circumstances:
- Repair parts and electronic spares
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page
- Products that have been activated, registered, or used
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification
- Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Products returned without a valid RMA number
- Any product where evidence of fraud or tampering by the customer has been identified
13. Limitation of Liability
Airytek’s liability in respect of any delivery or product claim is limited to the value of the product ordered. Airytek will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages arising from an alleged delivery failure. This limitation applies in full where:
- The customer has failed to follow the claims procedure outlined in this policy
- The customer has refused to cooperate with verification
- Evidence of post-delivery tampering or fraud by the customer is identified
- The outer packaging was accepted by the customer without objection at the point of handover

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Airtyetch within 3 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
You may initiate a return or exchange online or by phone ( +91 8078376893 ) and get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form, or by contacting us by phone
Once you get the RMA code, place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. Ship Your Item with Return Label, securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Products purchased at airytek.com can be returned within 3 days upon receipt of the product with. a valid. The product has to be in unopened-factory condition. We will initiate the refund process for ” Free refund Policy stated in sales policy ” after receiving the product only, once examined we will initiate refund after deducting restocking fees (15% of total order value) and shipping charges
- The airytek will offer you an exchange if there are any quality issues with the product, customer has to inform you within 2 days from the date of the arrival. If an exchange unit is not available we will arrange a full refund.
- The airytek would not provide a refund or exchange for any product issues caused by customers
- If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer can easily set up a return request.
- Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on airytek.com

Eligibility Conditions
Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Airytech reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items, and accessories.
- Repair parts are not eligible for returns.
- The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Airytek can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition” , Damage upon Delivery” or “Missing Accessories/Items in Box” has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be accepted.
- All items considered for refund or exchange must be returned in “as new” condition, free of visible marks, scratches or man-made alterations. After 3 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for re-trade-in purposes only. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Airytek management.
- All items to be returned must be in their original condition along with the following: Original Order Invoice, Original packaging with labels, user manuals, and warranty card
- The serial number/IMEI of the product being returned should match our system
- Any accessories/components, combo or bundle products, or freebies you received with the purchase
- Any back-ordered product which is specially arranged for the customer is not refundable.
Return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
- the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).
- If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. We shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned. Even though you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us on the same day of the delivery of the product. Refunds and Payments
Limited Liability
Airytek is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Airytek is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
