Payments and Shopping
You can choose to pre-order from the product page with Pre-Order button. If Pre-Order button is not active raise a request via ” GET ME THIS ” from main menu. Also you can sign up for restock notifications for specific items on our site, so you will be one of the first to know when the specific item you want is available again.
We accept bank transfer ( NEFT / RTGS / IMPS ), UPI, Debit cards, Credit Cards and Wallets. You can also pay as cash for store pickups.
Due to the value of consignment we do not offer cash on delivery on products. You can choose store pickup so that users can pay on delivery.
All items sold by us are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

We always try to give best price in market. To ensure its best price we don’t add bank charges for cards and wallets with product. So a direct transfer user can save more while a card payment user may be charged bank processing charges by bank
Orders and Shipping
All orders above Rs.9999 are eligible for free shipping. The users who need express shipping have to pay extra at checkout which will be generated with the input pincode
Delivery via courier ships the product from our store to the given address via DTDC or Professional Courier or Delhivery. Users can add the preferred courier of there choice on additional notes in checkout.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving the order or will notify the customer about expected shipping date.
Shipping address of orders which generated tracking number cannot be changed. But If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn’t shipped yet, add a special note on order with the new shipping address.

When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

If the product(s) you receive are different from the product(s) you orderd, no questions asked you can return the item.
The first thing you need to do is contact us, by phone or preferably by mail. Please send us as much information as possible. Include your order number, which product you ordered and what you received instead. Include pictures of the product label(s), and the picking slip.
We use high quality materials and standard procedures to pack the product, so that we can ensure packages will not be damaged in transit. If, despite our best efforts to carefully prepare your order, it arrives damaged than it’s our responsibility to replace the same with a new one after arrival. Please accept our sincere apologies. If you accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us letting us know you need to update your address. Please include your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and for this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been shipped.
We will do our best to change the shipping address before it ships. If it does ship before we are able to fix the issue, please reply to our message when the tracking information states that it is being returned to the sender. As soon as we receive it, we will ship you out a new package.
Once you’ve submitted your order, it’s not possible to edit the items in your order or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want.
