Since manufacturer does not operate directly in India, warranty coverage is provided and fully managed by us to ensure a smooth support experience. All manufacturing defects are covered in accordance with DJI service policies. For example, if components like your ESC or GPU show errors without any crash or physical damage, they qualify for warranty support. Without warranty, replacing such parts can typically cost between ₹8,000–₹12,000 depending on the issue. However, with an active warranty, eligible units are replaced at no additional cost. It’s important to note that physical damage or crash-related issues are not covered. Only genuine manufacturing defects are included under warranty. All serial numbers registered under warranty can be verified for validity through our support portal at support.airytek.in.
Annual Maintenance Coverage
Annual Maintenance Coverage ensures your drone stays in top working condition through regular inspections, calibrations, and necessary upgrades; all carried out without any additional charges during the coverage period. One of the biggest advantages is zero labor cost, even in cases of full knockdown repairs, where labor alone would typically cost around ₹8,000, you pay nothing for the service. If any parts has to be replaced, replacement parts cost must be paid by the user, all repair work is completed without any labor charges. It’s a cost-effective way to maintain performance, reduce downtime, and avoid unexpected service expenses throughout the year.
